Urinary fistulae from the prostate are very rare; they may occur as a result of surgery, trauma, malignancy or chronic inflammation. The prostato-cutaneous fistula is a rare entity and a very few cases have been reported. We report an interesting case of a spontaneous prostato-cutaneous fistula with emphasis on the management.
