Pre eruptive intracoronal resorption (PEIR), is a radiological finding in an unerupted tooth. Early diagnosisand timely management of the leison is imperativefor the preservation of integrity of the tooth, dentition and the developing dentoalveolus. Very often a missed finding, the leison needs to be looked for, in every radiograph seen in routine pedodontic practice.
