There is a cheaper reinforcing material that can be used in concrete is bamboo. Bamboo is consider as reinforcing martial as a temporary structure and scaffolding. Bamboo as reinforcing martial to concrete is an investigation in structural engineering. The experimental investigation comparison of steel reinforcement and bamboo reinforcement. Verified the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, moisture content, specific gravity, density of specimen.
